I had an AFL number put on the back of a brand new guernsey I purchased from the team’s store. The number was put on crooked and looks terrible. I emailed the store to suggest having only trained staff use the machine as I paid $20 to have my $120 guernsey ruined. Nobody even bothered to reply at all. Will never be back. Terrible service.

Very bad experience. Bought my wife an Eagles jacket and when she tried it on she needed one size bigger. No problem they said I could change it but when my wife went there the didn't have the size she needed (12)Again no problem they said stock was coming and would advise us. Two months later gotta call to say the jacket in the preferred size was in store. Today my wife went to collect and the advised it was as further $20.00 as the price had gone up.My wife paid. Pretty sure this is illegal and we are checking that but pretty cheeky for them to try it on.So, AFL store, we will never shop with you again.

Great shop. It's got great staff whom were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great variety of fantastic stock. Great place for buying presents for all footy fans.

Good store, has the footy playing on the telly when I went in. Cool stuff but most stuff is quite expensive

Good range of products. That was about the only good thing about being in that store. The guy that was just standing at the counter not doing much at all needs a lesson in proper customer service!! Will definitely not be spending my money in that store.
