I don’t often take the time to leave reviews but these guys are great. I purchased some ASICS runners a few months back whilst in Broome on holiday and they fell apart by the time I was home in Victoria. ASICS didn’t want to know me and other stores wouldn’t assist as I hadn’t purchased through their store. I rang Broome and Scott couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly and efficient, Scott had a claim sorted with ASICS and my account reimbursed within days. I highly recommend this store, great stuff, great family business.

Customer service is disgusting. Old bat spoke to my partner about me as if I was not there. One of her many remarks was when I asked my partner to try his shoes on as we live 2 hours away & she said, “ugh is she always like this”. Sorry but we’re spending a few $$ here, not hard to be polite. Lucky for them they are the only sport shop in town.

Extremely rude staff Lorna will make your shopping experience a totally nightmare. I felt so uncomforgable while being served by this woman. While she was processing my payment, my 3 & 5 year old stared arguing about something (no loud volume or tension it's literally just two young kids talking), she turned to my kids straight the way and said you don't argue here
